IMAGINE FLAVOURS is an intimate supper club for vital conversations around migrant imagination, art and culture, where an international chef curates a special menu and shares the journeys behind each dish. Alongside the meal, migrant artists host a conversation exploring how movement across borders shapes imagination, artistic practice, cultural expression and identity.

On September 14th, Neil Eakapong aka Bangkok Delivery Boy will prepare a special menu for PROJEKT UTOPIA.

Neil is a Thai chef rooted in heritage and tradition. He trained at Som Saa in Spitalfields, The Begging Bowl in Peckham, and with Thai culinary masters in Thailand, before running his own small place at Heist Market in St. Leonards-on-Sea, alongside pop-ups, collaborations, and supper clubs.

Neil grew up in his grandmother’s kitchen - peeling garlic, slicing herbs, squeezing coconut milk by hand, in a family obsessed with good food, which shaped his instinct for flavour and technique. He cooks Thai food with respect for his heritage, focusing on traditional flavours and techniques, making dishes that are deeply Thai and unapologetically so.
